A Live In Carer is required for a lady in Newcastle upon Tyne (NE3)

Start Date: 01/09/25

Salary: £800 – £1000 gross per week

Hours: 5 days including weekends: 7:00 am – 10:00/11:00 pm.  

Accommodation: Fully furnished bedroom with shared bathroom.  Food supplied.  TV & Wifi.  No pets, partners or dependents

Duties:

• Helping with dressing/undressing
• Helping with bathing & toileting
• Assisting with meds
• Continence care
• Taking to appointments/accompanying on outings
• Night care – being on call to help her go to the toilet
• Record keeping
• Lifting
• Assisting with mobility (pushing her wheelchair)
• Housekeeping
• Food preparation & cooking
• Washing & ironing
• Making & changing beds

You must:

• Have previous experience as a Carer with checkable references to support your application
• Have an Enhanced DBS certificate or be happy to have one done
• Be a driver (car can be provided)
• Be happy to work every weekend
• Be female
• Be able to cook & follow recipes
• Have a good level of English
